Pay attention to quieter players and find moments to invite them in. A simple “What do you think?” can go a long way.
A great game is a group effort. If you notice someone at the table has been quiet or overlooked, look for an opportunity to bring them in. Ask their character what they think, include them in a plan, or play off their traits. You don’t need to be the GM to help everyone feel involved. Sharing the spotlight makes the story richer – and your fellow players will remember you for making space when it mattered.
